Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketplace technology company in their search for a Senior Product Manager to own the commercial engine of their platform. This is a high-impact role with visibility at the senior leadership level, where you'll shape pricing, packaging, and upgrade experiences that directly drive monthly recurring revenue growth.

You'll be building a repeatable value-capture engine with real commercial impact, leading experimentation and monetization strategy for a two-sided marketplace connecting service providers with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the upgrade and add-on experience end-to-end, growing MRR against ambitious revenue targets
• Lead subscription pricing strategy and package design—determining what's included in each tier, pricing levels, and customer progression between tiers
• Validate and prioritize the highest-impact pricing and packaging opportunities, launching and proving initial initiatives
• Build a repeatable experimentation engine for identifying, testing, and scaling new sources of customer value
• Run a disciplined A/B testing practice with clear hypotheses, sound methodology, and statistically significant results
• Integrate AI into workflows and product evaluation processes, embedding cost-awareness from the start
• Report results directly to senior leadership with clear commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management, shipping production software with cross-functional teams in marketplace, B2C, or monetization contexts
• Demonstrated ownership of pricing, packaging, or subscription products with measurable results in revenue, MRR, or value per customer
• Strong experimentation track record—you've designed and run A/B tests where methodology and financial impact were critical, and you can clearly explain significance determinations
• Fluency with data tooling (Databricks or equivalent) sufficient to answer your own product questions independently
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to think clearly under ambiguity
• Experience working in a two-sided marketplace environment is highly valued
