- Validate source data inputs from CRM and finance systems, reconcile results, and flag discrepancies prior to payout runs
- Assist with operation and data management within sales compensation tools, including data entry, testing, and issue escalation
- Maintain accurate documentation for compensation plans, calculation logic, and standard operating procedures
- Support audit and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and plan adherence
- Prepare routine attainment and earnings reports for Sales leadership and Finance partners
- Assist with ad-hoc compensation analysis, scenario modeling, and exception handling requests
- Support bonus plan calculations outside of sales incentives, including validation and audit checks
- Contribute to compensation data quality reviews, identifying and escalating inconsistencies or risks
- Identify process inefficiencies and surface recommendations for improvement

- 2+ years of experience in finance, compensation, or a closely related analytical role
- Working knowledge of sales compensation administration and incentive plan mechanics
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as Performio, Everstage, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with large datasets and performing reconciliations
- High attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work with moderate autonomy on familiar tasks and seek guidance effectively on new or complex assignments
- Clear and concise communication skills with ability to present findings at a team level
- Growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning in compensation concepts, tools, and processes
- Data-driven approach with rigorous, numbers-first methodology
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver accurate results on deadline
