Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering organization seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Lampoldshausen, Baden-Württemberg. In this role, you will:

• Execute quality assurance tasks focused on components for propulsion systems
• Verify alignment between customer product and quality requirements with internal quality standards
• Ensure correct fulfillment of product and quality assurance requirements while adhering to company processes within project frameworks
• Monitor and control all product and quality assurance activities, coordinating across required departments
• Actively manage customer interfaces regarding product and quality assurance aspects
• Create and provide required product assurance documentation, compile data packages, and verify product conformity considering legal and contractual requirements
• Conduct milestone meetings (MIPs, KIPs, TRRs, TRBs, DRBs, etc.)
• Consolidate risk registers and support implementation of risk mitigation measures
• Coordinate and process disruptions, anomalies, and non-conformances
• Support creation and management of RFDs and RFWs
• Coordinate, execute, and document lessons learned within projects and implement preventive measures in follow-up projects
• Perform supplier quality management tasks including review meetings, supplier assessments, and participation in supplier approvals
• Conduct internal job audits at the site
• Support proposal development

What We're Looking For

• Completed engineering degree or comparable qualification at Bachelor level
• Several years of professional experience in product and quality assurance or comparable technical environment
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP, PLM-T/Teamcenter, and common collaboration tools
• Successfully completed further education as Techniker or Meister
• Knowledge of established problem-solving methods such as 8D, Kepner-Tregoe, or comparable procedures; auditor experience is advantageous
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
