Senior Product Marketing Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is transforming how clinical teams work across the UK's health system. Our client has built a platform now used by the vast majority of GP practices and NHS Trusts, and they're entering their most ambitious growth phase yet—powered by AI that's changing how care is delivered.

As Senior Product Marketing Lead, you'll own the narrative for a product portfolio that includes AI-powered clinical tools and workflow automation. You'll define how value lands with diverse healthcare audiences, lead creative campaigns that drive adoption, and build the product marketing function that supports what is now an AI-native roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for product marketing and sales enablement as the organization scales its AI capabilities—identifying high-impact work, introducing AI workflows into team operations, and raising the bar on all external communications
• Make structured user, customer, and competitor research part of how the team works; synthesize findings into positioning and messaging decisions that keep the company sharp in a fast-moving market
• Ensure the company's story is consistent, compelling, and evidence-based across products, audiences, and channels; manage a team of two product leads while ensuring cohesion across the portfolio
• Rethink go-to-market processes to keep pace with a rapid product release schedule; find creative ways to drive awareness and engagement at scale
• Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to equip commercial teams with the right messaging, evidence, and market knowledge to win at every stage of the sales cycle

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading AI-native product marketing—you've redesigned PMM workflows using AI, not just adopted new tools
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment; you know what great content looks like and hold your team to the same standard
• Experience on both sides of the function: product marketing to end users and sales enablement for commercial teams
• Strong people management skills with a track record of giving clear direction, honest feedback, and creating space for people to do their best work
• Results-driven mindset—you define success metrics before you start, build in measurement, and use data to improve
• SaaS or high-growth environment experience; comfortable operating at pace with ambiguity and commercial pressure

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £90,000–£105,000 plus £30,000 in share options.

This is a full-time position based in London (Shoreditch) with an office-first culture requiring three days per week on-site.
