Implementation Manager

About This Opportunity

Our client, a confidential healthcare organization specializing in hospital-based pharmacy programs, is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you'll drive the launch of new specialty pharmacy partnerships with hospital systems across the United States, working at the intersection of clinical operations, technology, and executive strategy.

This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you'll own critical workstreams within complex implementation projects. You'll collaborate directly with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams to turn contracts into fully operational programs that improve patient access to care. Expect approximately 50% travel as you work directly with hospital partners nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams within large-scale specialty pharmacy implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Partner with hospital executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders to execute program launches on time and within scope
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and maintain alignment across multiple teams
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Analyze existing hospital workflows and design more efficient processes tailored to each partner's environment
• Coordinate system implementations across IT, operations, and clinical functions to ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real time and develop creative solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Document processes, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, healthcare operations, project management, or similar project-based roles
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based project management platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% to hospital partner sites across the United States
• Healthcare industry experience is valued but not required—we're looking for sharp problem-solvers who can learn quickly

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $105,000–$130,000 USD annually, plus annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States with significant travel requirements.
