About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential construction technology organization that is transforming how large-scale projects are delivered through innovative solutions. They need an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across their technology teams.
This is a London-based role with hybrid working arrangements, reporting directly into senior leadership. You'll be responsible for building and executing talent strategies for software engineering, computer vision, BIM/VDC, and product functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted hiring plans and role specifications
- Proactively source high-caliber technology talent using creative and non-traditional methods beyond standard job boards
- Build sustainable talent pipelines for specialized skillsets including AR/VR, computer vision, BIM engineering, and related disciplines
- Design and deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved outcomes
- Provide market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies
What We're Looking For
- In-house technology recruitment experience is essential – this is not a nice-to-have
- Demonstrated success recruiting within engineering or deep tech environments
- Proven track record filling complex, hard-to-source technical positions
- Experience sourcing talent globally and thinking creatively beyond LinkedIn when needed
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools such as Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub for talent sourcing
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve hiring performance
