Senior Partner Solutions Architect – East

About the Role

We are representing a confidential software security organization in their search for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect based in the Eastern Time Zone. This role sits within the Professional Services team and focuses on enabling a robust partner ecosystem—including system integrators, resellers, and technology partners—to successfully implement secure software solutions for their end customers.

You will serve as the primary technical liaison between partners and our client's internal teams, developing enablement programs, creating technical content, and supporting complex implementations. This is a critical position for scaling the partner channel and ensuring joint success in delivering secure, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical enablement programs for partners, equipping their teams to implement and drive adoption of container and library security solutions
• Collaborate with alliances and channel teams to understand partner capabilities, pain points, and go-to-market strategies
• Develop partner-facing technical content including integration guides, reference architectures, and best practice documentation
• Support partners in post-sales technical engagements, co-delivering implementations and providing architecture reviews
• Act as the technical bridge between the partner ecosystem and Product/Engineering teams, conveying partner requirements to influence roadmap decisions
• Assess partner technical competencies, identify gaps, and design programs to close them
• Maintain partner-level architecture documentation and share lessons learned across the organization
• Travel up to 25% of the time to support partner engagements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4+ years in a post-sales client-facing role, preferably with partner-facing technical experience (partner engineering, alliances, or channel solutions architecture)
• 8+ years developing high-performance multi-tier applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers
• Demonstrated experience working with or within partner ecosystems (system integrators, ISVs, resellers, technology alliances)
• Proven ability to create scalable technical enablement programs and content for diverse partner audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of software development processes, practices, and engineering design concepts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams, alliances, and business partners
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
• Ability to travel up to 25%
