Business Development Manager Healthcare Partnerships (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare education organization in Berlin that supports international healthcare professionals with qualification pathways and professional recognition in Germany. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build and manage partnerships with healthcare facilities and international recruitment agencies.

This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full B2B sales cycle, develop strategic relationships with hospitals, care facilities, and staffing agencies, and directly shape the growth of a meaningful business that addresses critical workforce needs in the German healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new partner organizations including hospitals, care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and international recruitment agencies
• Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach through consultation, proposal development, and contract closure
• Understand partner qualification and recognition needs and coordinate appropriate program offerings with the education team
• Develop long-term partnerships that generate consistent course enrollments and participant placements
• Maintain CRM documentation of contacts, pipeline activities, revenue potential, and planned course launches
• Represent the organization at industry events, professional networks, and partner site visits throughout Germany
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to incorporate market feedback into program development

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience, ideally in healthcare, international recruitment, or education sectors
• Demonstrated track record of independently acquiring new clients and building business relationships
• Understanding of challenges healthcare facilities face with international workforce integration, or willingness to develop this knowledge quickly
• Existing relationships with hospitals, care facilities, or recruitment agencies strongly preferred
• Knowledge of professional recognition processes, competency examinations, or funding mechanisms is a plus
• Proactive approach to outreach, confident negotiation skills, and persistence through extended decision cycles
• Self-directed, structured, and results-oriented work style
• Fluent German and professional English; willingness to travel to partner sites within Germany
