AI Agent Power User

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization on a contract engagement focused on enterprise AI development. Our client is seeking experienced professionals who are power users of AI tools to contribute to a sophisticated AI training initiative. This is a remote contractor role available across multiple countries.

Your professional expertise and daily experience with AI assistants will directly shape how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform in real business contexts. No formal AI background is required—your domain knowledge and critical evaluation skills are what matter.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex, multi-step business scenarios using AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude that mirror authentic professional workflows
• Document each interaction step, noting where AI performance meets or falls short of realistic business requirements
• Evaluate and score AI-generated outputs using provided rubrics and criteria, assessing quality, completeness, and relevance
• Draft clear, constructive, and actionable feedback based on evaluation findings to inform research and product development
• Identify patterns in AI behavior—both strengths and weaknesses—and opportunities for improvement
• Integrate AI tools with common workplace platforms (Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, Notion, etc.) to reflect authentic use cases
• Maintain detailed written records and communicate findings with professional clarity and transparency

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in any business function, with a track record of using technology to solve operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
• Consistent, hands-on daily use of ChatGPT and/or Claude for real work applications (not just experimentation)
• Experience creating, applying, or working with evaluation rubrics, QA scorecards, or content review guidelines—backgrounds in academic grading, quality assurance, hiring assessment, or content annotation are highly valued
• Comfort integrating AI tools with business software and productivity platforms
• Exceptional written English skills with ability to produce clear, actionable documentation and feedback
• Authorization for contract work and location in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand (US location strongly preferred)
