Our talent team is representing a confidential cloud infrastructure organization in their search for a Software Engineer II focused on ML acceleration and system software. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge silicon acceleration technology that powers modern cloud computing at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop system software for custom ML acceleration hardware
- Build and optimize software stacks that enable high-performance machine learning workloads
- Collaborate with hardware teams to maximize silicon utilization and performance
- Create tools and frameworks that allow customers to leverage specialized compute resources
- Debug complex system-level issues across the hardware-software interface
- Contribute to architectural decisions for next-generation acceleration platforms
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and system-level programming
- Experience with operating systems, device drivers, or embedded systems
- Understanding of computer architecture and hardware-software interaction
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and acceleration concepts is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
