About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology consultancy seeking a Senior Manager to join their Professional and Financial Services division in London. This is a high-impact role where you'll oversee critical client portfolios, drive commercial success, and act as the senior point of contact between clients and delivery teams. You'll combine strategic consulting with hands-on project leadership, working at the intersection of applied AI and regulated industries including finance, professional services, and related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an end-to-end portfolio of AI implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery, meeting timelines, and maintaining healthy commercial margins
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations, proactively managing expectations and controlling project scope
• Lead project meetings with clarity and purpose, ensuring alignment between internal teams and client objectives
• Identify risks early and guide teams in implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Develop compelling proposals and sales materials to generate new leads and expand existing client accounts
• Mentor and develop team members, aligning their day-to-day responsibilities with their professional growth objectives
• Provide strategic AI advisory services to clients, translating technical capabilities into business value across diverse contexts

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in technology delivery, ideally from consulting, technology implementation, or data-focused backgrounds
• Exceptional ability to build client trust and bridge the gap between technical detail and core business challenges
• Strong structured thinking skills with the ability to analytically break down complex problems and define practical solutions
• Demonstrated experience delivering excellent outcomes using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with clear understanding of commercial structures and pricing models
• Business development capability, including identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and supporting external sales efforts
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or professional services is highly valued
