Senior Adobe Project Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital agency client seeking a Senior Adobe Project Manager for a 6-month contract engagement. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to lead complex digital transformation projects using Adobe's marketing and commerce solutions.

In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects. You'll coordinate all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring, and closing, while managing scope, risks, and team staffing at multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather, and analyze requirements, define key business drivers, and define effective and innovative solutions
• Manage end-to-end project life cycle including effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring, execution, risk management, budget, timeline, and related reporting
• Oversee project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management, and invoicing
• Manage project communication to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered to quality standards and meet customer success criteria
• Provide mentorship, industry leading practices, and strategic advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions to help customers succeed in their digital transformation journey
• Actively participate in project management practice development

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the digital marketing industry
• Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor or mixed vendor/customer environment
• Demonstrated experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign, or Content Management solutions
• Hands-on experience implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign or Commerce
• Proven ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations to Executive level stakeholders
• Experience delivering projects using agile methodology, such as SCRUM
• Professional project management qualification and business consulting background
• Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones
• Full fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
