Senior Product Manager (Full Remote – Europe)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-scaling consumer technology company in the AI space, serving tens of millions of active users globally. Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their fully remote team across Europe.

This is not a traditional PM role focused on specifications and handoffs. You will own product initiatives end to end—identifying opportunities, building prototypes with AI-assisted coding, launching experiments, and iterating based on real user data. You'll work embedded within an engineering squad, contributing code and collaborating directly with technical leadership.

The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product development cycle: discover problems, choose approaches, build solutions using AI-assisted tools, launch experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results
• Use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) for research, prototyping, debugging, and contributing functional code to production
• Identify high-impact opportunities from among competing priorities and design the smallest meaningful experiments to validate assumptions
• Define success metrics upfront, analyze experiment outcomes, and make data-driven decisions to improve, expand, or stop what you've shipped
• Work directly with engineering leads, designers, and technical co-founders embedded in a software squad
• Surface blockers immediately, challenge assumptions constructively, and maintain momentum by finding alternative routes when necessary

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on AI coding experience: You have personally built and shipped a functional feature, prototype, or tool using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• Data-driven product mindset: You can identify key metrics, explain why they matter, and demonstrate how your work has influenced them through A/B tests, experiments, or user research
• Independent AI exploration: You actively experiment with new AI tools and techniques without waiting for project requirements
• Ownership and autonomy: Comfortable with ambiguity, you create clarity by investigating, building, and testing rather than waiting for complete briefs
• Clear communication: Fully fluent in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and stakeholder groups
• User-focused quality: You care deeply about delivering intuitive, useful, and engaging experiences
• Comfort with product category: You are fully comfortable building consumer products in this industry

Bonus points for:

• Design fluency sufficient to prompt usable UI independently
• Experience at fast-scaling consumer tech companies or scale-ups
• Background building consumer-facing features
• Experience in entertainment, gaming, avatars, or high-touch media industries

Pay

The estimated compensation range for this role is £75,000–£110,000 base salary, set by our client based on role level, scope, location, and market data.
