We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization in Hamburg seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support their dispatch operations and customer communications team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growth-focused industry while balancing your academic commitments.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests and manage cases independently within ticketing systems while maintaining high service quality standards
• Coordinate incoming orders and efficiently schedule technician deployments based on operational needs
• Monitor and manage appointments in planning systems to ensure smooth operational flow
• Handle post-deployment follow-up tasks and assist in resolving open issues
• Communicate directly with customers to coordinate appointments and manage schedule changes in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Maintain accurate documentation and support administrative processes related to field operations

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a business or technical degree program
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
• Ability to work independently and maintain structure even in dynamic, fast-paced situations
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented approach and ability to coordinate between different stakeholders professionally
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality
• Previous work experience or practical exposure to the telecommunications industry is advantageous but not required
• German language proficiency required for customer communication
