Electronic Security Service Technician

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential security solutions organization seeking an Electronic Security Service Technician in Bristol, Bucks County. This role supports the maintenance and troubleshooting of physical security systems including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair electronic security systems at client locations
• Troubleshoot access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Document work orders, service reports, and system configurations
• Collaborate with project teams during installations and commissioning
• Provide technical support and training to end users as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience with electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules
• Technical certifications or vocational training in electronics or security systems preferred
