About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential government contractor seeking a Systems Administrator with desktop support expertise. This is a full-time position based in West Springfield, Fairfax County, supporting mission-critical operations in a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and end-user technical support in a classified environment
- Administer and maintain systems infrastructure supporting operational requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Support IT architecture and solutions delivery for mission objectives
- Ensure system availability and performance in accordance with security protocols
What We're Looking For
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required
- Eligibility to obtain a CI polygraph
- Security+ CE or CASP+ CE certification required
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting users in secure government or defense environments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
