Werkstudent Sales Development (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking a working student to support their sales development efforts in München. In this role, you will:

• Research companies that match ideal customer profiles and identify relevant decision-makers
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM system
• Support outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess fit and interest
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Document all activities and insights systematically in internal systems
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach sequences and test new approaches
• Provide feedback from conversations and research to sales and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Hochschule
• Enjoy communicating with people and building connections
• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
• Curious mindset with eagerness to learn new topics
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to new contacts
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience in customer contact, service, sales, recruiting, or similar roles
• Interest in sales, software, digitalization, or customer service
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or other digital tools
• Long-term interest in building a career in B2B sales
