About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential agricultural technology organization seeking a Sales Representative for agricultural software across multiple regions in Germany. Our client is a market leader in precision agriculture, specializing in sensor technology, GPS systems, and digital farm management solutions. This is a home-office based role with travel throughout your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for farmers, agricultural contractors, and dealers in your region
• Actively acquire new customers through prospecting and outreach activities
• Provide needs-based consultation to prospects and close sales agreements
• Support customers during initial system deployment, including providing first-use training
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers and introduce them to additional digital solutions
• Collect and forward customer feedback to internal teams to ensure rapid response and continuous product development
• Conduct product presentations at industry events and trade shows

What We're Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for active sales and customer interaction with strong service orientation
• Interest in modern, forward-thinking software solutions (farm management systems, GIS applications) and ability to inspire others
• Professional training or degree in agriculture or technical fields strongly preferred
• Familiarity with the agricultural equipment dealer network and knowledge of seed, crop protection, and fertilizer manufacturers
• Understanding of agricultural work cycles, farming equipment, and agronomy principles for application-specific consulting
• Independent, structured work style with proficiency in standard office software
• Valid driver's license required for territory travel
• German language fluency required for this role
