Our talent team is representing a confidential agricultural organization in Osternienburger Land, Sachsen-Anhalt. We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join their operations at the Elsnigk location. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability in an essential industry.

This role involves coordination of live animal logistics with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer service. Career changers are welcome—previous logistics experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document order fulfillment processes for live shipments
• Verify delivery quantities against customer orders to ensure accuracy
• Maintain close communication with field service staff regarding delivery coordination
• Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and animal welfare standards
• Oversee day-to-day production team activities

What We're Looking For

• Career changers welcome; prior logistics or production experience is a plus
• Responsible handling of live animals and understanding of welfare requirements
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Careful, thorough work style
• Willingness to work Saturdays as part of a 5-day work week
• German language proficiency required for documentation and team coordination
