About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing French technology company in the property management sector. Our client is building a sales team of approximately 30 professionals focused on prospect qualification and deal closing. They work with a complex sales cycle averaging 3-4 months, requiring candidates who can navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

As a Sales Development Representative in alternance (apprenticeship contract), you'll serve as the first point of contact in the commercial pipeline. Your role is strategic: converting initial prospect interest into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. This position offers significant skill development in B2C sales techniques, CRM management, and startup methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial qualification calls with prospects who have requested quotes through the website, responding quickly to build trust
• Understand the specific challenges prospects face and position our client's solution as the appropriate fit
• Address initial objections and concerns during discovery conversations
• Schedule product demonstration meetings with Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
• Participate in process improvement projects and workflow optimization initiatives
• Support Account Executives with daily tasks including prospect follow-up, meeting preparation, and administrative assistance
• Complete the internal Sales Academy training program during your first three months

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills with comfort conducting phone conversations in French
• Fluent French language ability (required for client-facing communication)
• Problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for finding client solutions
• Natural ability to persuade and influence your audience
• Desire to develop expertise in sales methodologies and advance in commercial roles
• Availability for a one or two-year alternance contract starting September 2026
• School schedule requiring 3 weeks in-office, 1 week at school rhythm
• Bonus: previous customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, events, customer service, or similar roles
