Your Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and report equipment issues or anomalies to supervisors
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformance to specifications
• Track production metrics, document process data, and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous safety improvement
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality targets
• Respond to feedback and make adjustments to support process optimization

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; manufacturing or technical training is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning new equipment and processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality and safety standards
• Reliable attendance and a collaborative, safety-conscious mindset
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
