About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global digital marketing organization seeking a Senior Creative Strategy & Content Manager to join their Berlin team. This role combines content execution with insight-led strategic thinking to deliver high-quality, performance-driven creative work for leading international brands.

Working within an innovative creative capability that embeds generative AI at its core, you'll help create, adapt, and optimize award-winning content at scale across 150+ markets. This dual-function position requires someone who can translate audience and cultural insights into compelling content while contributing to messaging development and creative recommendations throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, audience-first content across written formats including digital ads, websites, landing pages, CRM, and social channels
• Lead content project delivery from brief creation through final output, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met
• Adapt tone of voice, messaging, and format to suit different brands, audiences, and platforms
• Develop content approaches across campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels and formats
• Research and apply audience and cultural insights to content approaches and messaging frameworks
• Use GenAI tools to support content generation, iteration, and testing at scale
• Design and apply prompts, workflows, and agents to scale content production effectively
• Lead the design of testing approaches and optimization frameworks across channels
• Translate performance data into actionable content recommendations
• Manage content workflows, tracking, reporting, and documentation including editorial calendars and performance summaries
• Lead client conversations on content performance, recommendations, and optimization
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, media, and data teams to deliver cohesive creative output
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding and management of freelance creators

What We're Looking For

• Native German speaker with strong writing and content creation skills across formats and channels
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into clear, engaging, and effective content
• Experience applying audience, cultural, and performance insights to shape content strategy
• Understanding of how content contributes to engagement and conversion, with ability to interpret performance data
• Confidence using GenAI tools to support content management, including generation, iteration, and testing
• Ability to design effective prompts and contribute to AI-driven workflows that support scalable content creation
• Strong balance of AI capability with human judgment and quality control
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and with clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and solutions
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to deliver at pace

Location & Work Environment

This position is based in Berlin with flexible working arrangements, including the option to work remotely for up to 60% of your time. The role offers flexible working hours structured between 8am and 6:30pm.
