Senior / Principal Talent Acquisition Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading enterprise software organization in their search for a Senior/Principal Talent Acquisition Partner based in Munich. Our client is a fast-scaling technology company at the forefront of process intelligence and enterprise AI solutions.

This is a strategic recruitment role focused on hiring technical customer-facing talent across Europe. You'll partner directly with business leaders, acting as both a trusted advisor and talent expert while leveraging cutting-edge recruitment analytics and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales, and Value Engineering roles across the region
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic talent advice throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and referral channels
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company objectives
• Conduct market research and provide talent insights to inform hiring decisions and strategy development
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize processes
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback at every stage
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes
• Leverage applicant tracking systems and advanced analytics tools to drive recruitment excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven background recruiting technical customer-facing roles for technology companies
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing through offer management
• In-house, agency, or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product, Technology, or IT Services businesses
• Strong understanding of technology industry trends and technical roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
• Comfortable asking tough questions and pushing boundaries to achieve hiring goals
• Passion for finding and hiring the best talent in competitive markets
