Senior Product Manager, AI Agents & Automation

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI agents and automation strategy. This is a high-impact role at a profitable, growth-stage organization that has automated a significant portion of their customer-facing operations using proprietary AI infrastructure.

Our client operates an insurance marketplace where automation is the core differentiator. They've built systems that handle the majority of transactions and customer inquiries without human intervention, and they're now evolving their AI capabilities to handle increasingly complex workflows including document validation, voice-based interactions, and direct external system navigation.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI systems for a company experiencing rapid vertical expansion. You'll work at the intersection of emerging AI technology and real-world production systems serving millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI agents and automation system, including both conversational front-end interfaces (chatbot, voicebot, computer-use agents) and backend workflow automation
• Build new automations for document validation, transaction orchestration with external carrier systems, and complex issue resolution
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and make strategic decisions on what the company invests in next
• Partner with leading AI providers to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation tools
• Guide prompt engineering teams and maintain sound architecture as systems scale
• Ship AI-based products to production while managing the practical challenges of evaluation, regression testing, latency optimization, cost management, and failure handling

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years owning product strategy and execution for technical products, ideally at an early-stage startup where you worked hands-on with engineering teams
• Proven ability to make technical architecture decisions based on business impact rather than technical elegance alone
• Experience putting LLM-based systems into production, including the unglamorous operational aspects
• Track record of evaluating new models and reasoning through why one technical approach is superior to another
• Strong technical fluency with modern stacks; our client uses TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS services, and multiple LLM providers
• Located in select US states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $160,000–$210,000 USD annually, determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. The client may also offer equity grants and comprehensive benefits to the successful candidate.
