About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital health organization focused on therapeutic solutions for urological and gynecological conditions. Our client operates across multiple European markets with a platform of clinician-developed, insurer-reimbursed digital therapies that reach patients with diagnosed conditions. This is a high-impact product role where you'll own the complete patient experience across mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end patient journey from prescription through active therapy phases to long-term engagement and measurable outcomes
- Drive behavior change and retention by applying habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and proven engagement mechanics
- Manage therapy applications across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring excellence in user experience and functionality
- Optimize App Store presence, ratings, and ASO as core product levers to improve the funnel from impression to activation
- Leverage AI tools strategically while maintaining analytics-driven decision-making and experimentation to own product outcomes
- Transform user journeys from functional to exceptional with a focus on taste and patient-centric design
What We're Looking For
- Proven product management experience with consumer mobile applications
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android platform realities and how to work effectively with technical constraints
- Data and AI fluency with ability to use analytics and experiments to validate decisions
- Fluent in both German and English
- High agency mindset—you naturally push initiatives forward and bring stakeholders along without waiting for direction
- Excellent product taste and understanding of what exceptional, functional products require in 2025-2026
- Experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products is a strong advantage
