Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support portfolio management in the wind energy sector. In this role, you will:
- Support senior operations leadership with strategic company development initiatives
- Assist in the analysis, maintenance, and advancement of the wind energy project portfolio
- Collaborate on creating reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management
- Support economic viability, risk, and scenario analyses of projects
- Prepare and evaluate portfolio and project data along with relevant key performance indicators
- Contribute to the optimization of processes, methods, and tools in portfolio management
- Support cross-departmental coordination with project teams and internal stakeholders
- Assist with required reporting in both English and German
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field
- Interest in wind energy, project development, and strategic portfolio management
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical and data handling capabilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
- Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
- Very good German language skills and good English proficiency in written and spoken form (minimum B2 level)
