We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Partner Success Manager. This role offers the opportunity to orchestrate complex partner lifecycles and drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

As Senior Partner Success Manager, you will own the end-to-end partner journey from application through ongoing performance management:

• Manage the complete partner lifecycle including qualification, onboarding, commercials, and go-to-market readiness across the application marketplace
• Coordinate partner intake and screening processes, facilitating evaluation across product strategy, engineering, and solution consulting teams
• Drive structured decision-making and ensure partners progress efficiently through defined stages with clear timelines and accountability
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to remove bottlenecks and maintain momentum throughout the partner evaluation and integration process
• Coordinate commercial workflows including order forms, approvals, and deal execution tracking
• Oversee onboarding execution across integration builds, solution certification, and marketing readiness
• Partner with product marketing and GTM teams to define positioning, messaging, and joint value propositions for partner launches
• Monitor ongoing partner performance and health, manage business review calendars, and identify opportunities to scale high-performing partnerships
• Collaborate with events and marketing teams to support partner participation in customer events and ensure execution of sponsorship deliverables
• Continuously improve and operationalize partner lifecycle processes, implementing automated workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, product strategy, or ecosystem management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional processes across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Demonstrated success coordinating complex programs involving multiple stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing partner performance metrics
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to establish clear processes, tracking mechanisms, and reporting frameworks
• Experience standardizing evaluation inputs and ensuring consistency in decision-making
