Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential public sector organization in Munich seeking a Controller (m/w/d). In this role, you will take responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring all business operations. You will support executive leadership with strategic and operational decisions through comprehensive financial analysis.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Creating forecasts, budget plans, reporting packages, and ad-hoc analyses to support organizational steering
- Conducting internal controls and ensuring compliance with guidelines and processes
- Actively contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Providing data-driven insights to guide management decision-making
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate brings:
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Controller, ideally in a mid-sized or international environment
- Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with SAP and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
