About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential EdTech organization based in Berlin that delivers professional training programs in technology and business systems. We are seeking an SAP Instructor specializing in Financial Accounting (FI) and/or Controlling (CO) to deliver remote courses that prepare participants for in-demand roles in the German job market.

This is a remote position based in Germany. You will work with adult learners, translating complex SAP concepts into practical, career-focused curriculum. Fluent German (C1 minimum) is required, as instruction is delivered in German.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver remote instruction in SAP FI and/or CO modules, depending on your certification and experience
• Translate complex learning objectives into clear, understandable lessons enriched with real-world examples from your SAP project work
• Foster collaboration and self-organization within learning groups; provide conflict resolution and constructive feedback
• Develop targeted support initiatives for learners who need additional assistance, working closely with student success colleagues
• Create and continuously improve practical learning materials in collaboration with curriculum development teams
• Maintain high standards for both subject-matter accuracy and instructional quality

What We're Looking For

• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and/or Controlling (CO)
• Minimum 2 years of SAP project experience in your certified area(s)
• Ideally, hands-on experience with S/4HANA, implementation projects, and customization
• Fluent German language skills (C1 level or higher) with strong communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to explain SAP functionality at both end-user and consultant levels
• Passion for teaching and supporting adult learners; ability to work independently
• Comfort with online instruction, e-learning platforms, and web-based learning tools
• Bonus: "Train the Trainer" (PTWTTT) participation, EWM experience
• AEVO certification is a plus; our client supports instructors in obtaining this credential if needed
