Responsibilities
We are representing a financial institution in Munich seeking a Sales Controller (m/f/d). In this role, you will create data-driven reports, customer potential analyses, and forecasts to strengthen sales strategy. You will monitor sales metrics, analyze target versus actual variances, and support achievement of business objectives.
You will provide strategic consulting to sales management in defining relevant action areas and accompany target planning processes. The position includes delivering ongoing control data and KPI analyses to optimize sales performance. You will also be responsible for technical and content management of sales and success tracking systems, including workflow optimization and data integration.
What We're Looking For
- Banking apprenticeship (Bankkaufmann/Sparkassenkaufmann) or further qualification as Bankfachwirt, or comparable qualification in controlling or sales
- Solid experience in sales controlling, data analysis, and reporting, ideally within the banking or savings bank environment
- Proficiency with databases, BI tools, or ERP systems; experience with sales systems is a plus
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and customer focus
- Excellent German language skills required
