Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential infrastructure organization in Minden seeking a civil engineer for project management and construction oversight. In this role, you will plan and manage infrastructure and construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and adherence to timelines.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing project execution and on-site construction supervision for infrastructure developments
• Working on both new construction and renovation projects, providing technical support across diverse challenges
• Conducting structural condition assessments and evaluating existing buildings and infrastructure
• Preparing reports, documentation, and expert evaluations throughout all project phases
• Coordinating projects from initial planning through final implementation

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a qualified civil engineer with demonstrated project experience. The ideal candidate brings:

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification in water engineering, structural engineering, infrastructure planning, or related field
• Professional experience in project planning, project execution, on-site engineering, and areas such as drinking water supply, pipeline construction, or structural inspection
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; valid Class B driver's license preferred
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style with strong teamwork abilities and capacity for independent work
• Business-fluent German language skills
