About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential blockchain exchange organization in their search for an Early Career Key Account Operations professional to join their accelerator program in the APAC region. This is a 3-6 month program designed to give early-career talent hands-on experience in the digital assets space while developing skills that will propel your career forward.

This role is ideal for current university students or recent graduates who are passionate about cryptocurrency markets and eager to support high-value trading clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in handling day-to-day VIP client requests, follow-ups, and account or product enquiries with exceptional responsiveness and professionalism
• Build positive relationships with assigned clients and develop understanding of their trading activities, preferences, and business needs
• Take ownership of client issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate across Product, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to drive resolution
• Monitor client activity, trading behaviour, and engagement data using spreadsheets and internal tools to identify trends, needs, and opportunities
• Maintain accurate client profiles, communication records, follow-up actions, and account information for proper team coverage and continuity
• Develop strong working knowledge of digital asset products including Spot, Futures, Margin, Options, Earn, and OTC trading
• Track relevant crypto market developments, competitor activity, and share market intelligence with the team
• Demonstrate self-driven attitude by learning quickly, taking ownership, staying highly responsive, and proactively improving client service

What We're Looking For

• Current university student or recent graduate with strong interest and basic knowledge in cryptocurrency and financial markets
• Understanding of basic concepts: Spot, Futures, Margin, leverage, liquidity, maker/taker dynamics
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets
• Personal curiosity about trading—ideally actively following or trading financial markets
• Fast learner who is proactive, hungry for knowledge, and can quickly absorb complex product information
• Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
