Continuous Improvement Manager (HOME-GBR, GB, HOME-GBR)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential facilities management organisation in their search for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom, with regular travel to operational sites across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Our client delivers critical workplace and facilities management services within the nuclear decommissioning sector, supporting the safe management of legacy infrastructure at multiple locations. This is highly regulated, mission-driven work that plays an essential role in public safety and environmental protection.

In this role, you will lead performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll translate data and insights into actionable improvements while maintaining strict compliance standards across a complex, multi-site operation.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance improvement and continuous enhancement across key service areas
• Analyse operational data and translate insights into meaningful service improvements
• Lead audit programmes, compliance activities, and performance reporting initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and operational teams
• Identify operational risks, develop solutions, and improve customer outcomes
• Champion best practices, innovation, and service excellence across the organisation
• Support colleague development through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Travel to operational sites as needed to support improvement and assurance activities
• Shape safer, more efficient, and high-performing service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in performance management, compliance, or continuous improvement roles
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with performance reporting systems
• Experience using CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems and managing operational data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to service and performance improvement
• Knowledge of audit, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or Health & Safety are advantageous
• Willingness to complete required nuclear site access training as part of onboarding
• Flexibility to travel regularly to sites across the UK
