Weekend/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

About the Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth provider seeking Licensed Talk Therapists to deliver evening and weekend sessions remotely. This fee-for-service role offers the flexibility to build your own schedule while serving clients who need care outside traditional business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth therapy sessions during evenings and weekends
• Maintain a minimum of 10 client sessions with at least 15 hours of weekly availability
• Treat a diverse client population including individuals, couples, and children
• Document sessions accurately using electronic health record systems
• Work collaboratively with clinical support staff and participate in case consultations
• Help clients achieve measurable therapeutic progress through consistent care

What We're Looking For

• Active independent license in Louisiana: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
• Currently residing in Louisiana
• Experience as a behavioral health generalist comfortable treating varied presenting concerns
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and clinical technology
• Commitment to consistent client availability and schedule reliability
• Strong collaborative skills and positive team-oriented approach
