E-Mail Marketing Creator – Text & Design (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that manages email campaigns for over 150 e-commerce clients across the DACH region. Our talent team is searching for an E-Mail Marketing Creator who can combine copywriting and visual design to build complete newsletters from brief to delivery.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Düsseldorf Pempelfort. You'll own the entire newsletter creation process—writing subject lines and body copy, adapting graphic elements from a design system, and preparing campaigns for client approval. You'll manage 30 to 40 brands simultaneously, learning each brand's voice and visual identity within weeks.

Responsibilities

• Read daily briefs for sales newsletters, category launches, and promotional campaigns
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy tailored to each brand's tone
• Build newsletter layouts using a Figma design system, adapting graphic blocks and images
• Use AI tools to optimize content and visuals where appropriate
• Submit finished newsletters for client review and launch
• Maintain consistency across dozens of brand identities as you scale your portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or digital campaign work
• Strong instinct for what reads well and what looks good—formal training in design or copywriting is not required
• Extremely fast learner who can master new tools in days
• Comfort working with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
• High motivation and responsiveness to feedback
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Düsseldorf with the core team
• Ability to deliver quality work at speed—you'll produce more campaigns in one year than most roles offer in five
• Desire to own the entire deliverable, not just a piece of it
