About This Position

Worldpay is seeking a System Support Analyst II to join a growing team dedicated to maintaining and optimizing our technology infrastructure. You'll work with enterprise systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless operations. This role offers the chance to develop deeper technical skills while making a tangible impact on user productivity and system performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve Tier II technical issues, escalating complex problems appropriately and following through to resolution
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users
  • Provide technical support to end users across multiple locations, documenting issues and solutions for future reference
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
  • Coordinate with system administrators and vendors to implement patches, updates, and configuration changes
  • Participate in incident response and contribute to root-cause analysis efforts
  • Support hardware deployment and user onboarding with technical configuration and setup

What You Bring

  • Experience in a Tier II technical support role, system administration, or related position
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems independently
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, and enterprise software applications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and process improvement
  • Self-motivated and organized, comfortable managing multiple tickets and priorities
  • Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent) are a plus
