About This Opportunity
We are representing a leading PropTech organization in Germany that is transforming how property management works. Our client serves over 18,000 property managers and administrators, with their platform managing more than 525,000 units nationwide. They're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and drive their organic marketing channels in Düsseldorf.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine ownership of key marketing channels—website, newsletter, and content—with the autonomy to plan, execute, and optimize based on data you analyze yourself. You'll work within a lean marketing team with direct access to product, sales, and support stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the company website and online magazine: optimize articles, build landing pages, expand FAQ sections, and implement SEO recommendations directly in WordPress
- Take full responsibility for the newsletter program: editorial planning, design, deployment, and performance analysis using tools like Mailchimp or Brevo
- Produce webinars end-to-end, from invitation emails and registration pages through to post-event content repurposing
- Analyze content performance independently using Google Search Console and Analytics; build your own dashboards and derive on-page optimization recommendations
- Manage organic social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) in collaboration with the marketing lead: plan themes, write copy, create assets, and maintain a consistent publishing cadence
- Provide creative assets for paid advertising campaigns in close coordination with the performance marketing function
- Maintain Canva templates and design components so sales, support, and product teams can self-serve
What We're Looking For
- Three to five years of experience in online marketing or content marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with newsletter platforms (Mailchimp or Brevo) and building marketing automation workflows
- Strong proficiency in WordPress: ability to independently build posts and pages, set meta data, and maintain clean site structure
- SEO fundamentals and experience with tools like Sistrix to analyze and interpret data autonomously
- Data curiosity: you can read Google Search Console and Analytics, build dashboards, and derive actionable insights without needing SQL skills
- Reliability in execution: you use structured planning to ensure consistent channel activity
- Daily use of AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT as part of your workflow, thinking in systems rather than one-off prompts
- Strong initiative and prioritization skills: you manage multiple workstreams and make justified decisions about sequencing
- Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2 level) in writing and speaking
Nice to Have:
- Confident use of Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube
- Canva experience and a good eye for visual design
- Experience with B2B software or the real estate/property management sector
