Store Manager

We're hiring a Store Manager to lead our Worldmarket store in Colorado Springs, Colorado at 2985 New Center Point. In this full-time position, you'll oversee all store operations, manage our team, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
• Lead, coach, and manage store staff to meet performance goals
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage store budget and profitability
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer service issues and build loyalty
• Recruit, train, and schedule team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations

Requirements

• Retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or home goods environment
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or college background a plus
