Senior IT-Administrator in der Workplace-Verwaltung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking a Senior IT Administrator for Workplace Management. In this role, you will:

• Provide technical leadership and strategic development of workplace IT infrastructure across multiple office locations
• Ensure reliable operations of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
• Operate, administer, and maintain system landscapes
• Independently analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
• Manage operations, monitoring, and API management for AI platforms including cost and access control
• Implement, maintain, and integrate production bot, agent, and RAG solutions into enterprise IT environments
• Ensure secure, GDPR-compliant use of AI technologies and provide consultation and training to business departments
• Lead IT projects and establish standards and processes for support operations

What We're Looking For

• Completed IT degree, IT training (such as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in IT operations including Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments and Microsoft Azure
• Initial hands-on experience or strong interest in AI technologies, APIs, data processing, and AI-powered tools
• Excellent knowledge of Windows client operating systems, particularly installation, troubleshooting, policies, user profiles, drivers, and updates
• Initial leadership experience or project management in IT environments
• Strong service orientation with a structured and self-directed work approach
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
