Stock Associate

Worldmarket is hiring a full-time Stock Associate for our Reno location at 4987 S. Virginia St. in Nevada. You'll keep our store organized, stocked, and ready to serve customers every single day.

What This Role Involves

As a Stock Associate at Worldmarket in Reno, you'll be essential to store operations. You'll receive and manage incoming merchandise, maintain well-organized shelves and displays, track inventory levels, and support the sales floor with precision and speed. This hands-on role combines product handling, inventory management, and customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize merchandise shipments in the back area and storage
• Stock shelves and displays with products, ensuring proper arrangement, rotation, and pricing accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock runs low
• Keep sales floors, stockroom, and work areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Help customers locate items and answer questions about product availability
• Operate store systems to support sales and inventory tracking
• Follow safety, sanitation, and loss-prevention procedures throughout all duties
• Complete assigned tasks promptly and communicate any issues or discrepancies to management

Requirements

• Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and retail schedules as needed
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly during your shift
• Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to commute to 4987 S. Virginia St., Reno, Nevada
• Customer service experience or proven ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Willingness to learn store systems, processes, and follow procedures consistently
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and pricing tasks
