About the Role

As Branch Manager, you'll take the helm of our Kirtland branch, overseeing all operations while building a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This full-time position combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic business development, positioning you to make a meaningful impact on branch success and community presence. You'll own everything from staff development to financial performance, ensuring our Kirtland customers receive the personalized lending solutions Worldacceptance is known for.

Core Duties

• Direct daily branch operations, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
• Recruit, train, and supervise loan officers and customer service team members
• Oversee loan origination, credit analysis, and approval workflows to maintain quality and compliance standards
• Build community relationships and develop business in the Kirtland market to drive revenue growth
• Monitor branch profitability, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators
• Ensure adherence to lending regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices
• Resolve customer issues and handle escalated concerns with professionalism

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven management or sales leadership experience in financial services, lending, or related field
• Knowledge of lending products, credit principles, and underwriting fundamentals

• Comfort with financial software and computer systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to manage local travel as needed
