Product Owner / App Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking a Product Owner / App Manager to join their team in Reken, Germany. Our client is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between operational teams and technical development, driving app optimization and digital workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and evaluate operational requirements from stakeholder teams
• Collaborate closely with mobile telecommunications teams on-site
• Translate technical specifications into structured briefs for offshore development teams
• Lead conceptual development of mobile applications with strong focus on usability
• Optimize existing processes and digitally redesign workflows
• Travel within Germany approximately one week per month

What We're Looking For

• Initial experience as a Product Owner, in product management, or comparable role (desirable)
• Digital native with strong understanding of digital processes and tools
• Excellent organizational skills with structured and independent working style
• Strong communication abilities to effectively mediate between operational teams and developers
• High degree of personal responsibility and self-organization
• Willingness to travel domestically (approximately one week monthly)
• Programming knowledge desirable but not required
• German language proficiency required for this role
