Woodward seeks an Engineering Rotation Program Member to join our engineering team across 8 locations. The Opportunity

The Engineering Rotation Program Member role is designed for recent engineering graduates and early-career professionals seeking to accelerate their technical and professional growth. You'll rotate through different engineering departments, gaining hands-on experience in design, systems analysis, testing, and manufacturing. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams across assigned rotation departments, assisting with design reviews, technical analysis, and documentation
• Contribute to engineering projects under the guidance of experienced engineers and technical mentors
• Conduct testing, data collection, analysis, and validation work supporting product development and continuous improvement
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, and program management teams
• Document findings, technical observations, and actionable recommendations throughout each rotation phase

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and respond constructively to technical mentorship
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software or engineering analysis tools is beneficial
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to relocate if assigned to a rotation location different from your home base
