Account Executive, Entertainment Marketing & Advisory

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join Wmeimg's Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team. Based at our Beverly Hills headquarters (9560 Wilshire, CA), you'll develop and manage strategic partnerships with entertainment industry clients while driving measurable growth and delivering innovative marketing advisory services.

About the Role

As an Account Executive in Entertainment Marketing & Advisory, you'll serve as the primary strategic partner for our clients in the entertainment sector. You'll combine market expertise with consultative selling to understand client challenges, propose targeted solutions, and build long-term business relationships that generate consistent revenue. This role requires both sales acumen and deep knowledge of entertainment industry dynamics to succeed in a competitive landscape.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account strategies for entertainment industry clients, identifying opportunities for expanded partnerships and revenue growth
• Provide strategic advisory services on entertainment marketing initiatives, positioning emerging talent, brand activations, and market positioning
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultation, understanding evolving business needs and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized marketing and advisory solutions that align with client objectives
• Present strategic recommendations and proposals to senior client stakeholders, articulating value and expected outcomes
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on progress toward client and company goals
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the entertainment marketing and advisory space

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales within entertainment, media, or related industries
• Strong understanding of entertainment industry sectors, market dynamics, and client needs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop growth plans
• CRM proficiency and comfort with data-driven decision-making
• High initiative and self-motivation; ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, entertainment, or related field
