HR Manager

WK is hiring an HR Manager to lead human resources operations in Alphen Aan Den Rijn. This is a full-time position where you will take responsibility for HR strategy and employee support.

Role Overview

As HR Manager at WK based in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, you will manage all aspects of our human resources function. You'll develop and execute HR strategies that support organisational goals, drive employee development, and foster a positive workplace culture. This is a leadership role where your expertise in people management and HR best practice will be central to our success.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and new employee onboarding
• Administer employee benefits, compensation structures, and coordinate payroll processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Dutch employment law
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure full compliance with employment legislation
• Plan and deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth
• Build and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Proficiency with HR systems and standard office software
• Strategic thinking and focus on delivering business results
• Professional discretion when managing confidential HR information
