Senior Frontend Angular Developer (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital services organization seeking a Senior Frontend Angular Developer to join their team in Köln. In this role, you will be responsible for building responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Developing frontend solutions within an interdisciplinary team using Angular and React frameworks
• Collaborating closely with backend developers, UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders in agile project environments
• Supporting requirements analysis, writing technical specifications, and evaluating the feasibility of proposed solutions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing system architectures
• Providing technical consultation to both clients and colleagues, analyzing and optimizing development processes

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a developer with:

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and ES6
• Deep understanding of core Angular concepts and multiple years of practical experience with Angular and its ecosystem
• Initial experience with the React framework, making you flexible across projects
• Strong knowledge of Clean Code principles
• Applied experience with Atomic Design and BEM methodologies
• Practical experience in requirements analysis and specification documentation (preferred)
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and coding in agile environments
