Global branding, talent brand & creative intern (Start per Sept)

Join WK as a Global Branding, Talent Brand & Creative Intern starting in September, based in Alphen Aan Den Rijn. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in employer branding, creative communications, and international brand strategy whilst contributing directly to real campaigns and initiatives.

The Opportunity

This internship bridges creative expression with strategic employer branding. You'll work on initiatives that shape how WK presents itself to talent worldwide, combining design thinking with recruitment marketing insights. You'll gain practical experience in a field where creativity meets talent acquisition strategy, contributing to assets and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt creative assets for talent brand campaigns, including visuals, messaging, and multimedia content
• Support the creation and maintenance of employer brand guidelines and communications materials
• Collaborate on recruitment marketing initiatives that attract talent to WK
• Assist in researching and identifying trends in employer branding and creative communications
• Contribute to the conceptualisation and production of content for career-focused channels and platforms
• Support global branding projects by bringing fresh creative perspectives to established programmes

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, creative industries, or related field
• Demonstrated creative ability through portfolio work or academic projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, or proven ability to learn quickly
• Interest in employer branding, talent marketing, or brand strategy
• Self-motivated, collaborative approach to learning and project work
• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media is advantageous
