Senior Financial Planning Analyst

In this full-time role, you'll apply rigorous analytical expertise to inform critical business decisions through forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling that directly impact our strategic direction.

The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Build and maintain financial models that support budget development, forecasts, and scenario planning
• Monitor actual performance against financial plans and analyze variances to identify root causes and opportunities
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive presentations for leadership review
• Support investment evaluations and business case development for strategic projects
• Partner with operational leaders to establish financial targets and track improvement initiatives
• Drive process enhancements to strengthen forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support tactical and strategic business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Five or more years of professional experience in financial planning, analysis, or comparable role
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and complex Excel applications
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to accuracy
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement interpretation
• Clear communication ability—both written and verbal—suitable for presenting to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability to manage independent projects and collaborate across departments
