Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
- Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes with interdisciplinary teams, serving as Product Owner in agile environments
- Manage projects across diverse technology stacks including CMS, FMS, low-code platforms, custom application development, workplace solutions, and cloud infrastructure
- Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Direct large interdisciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder interfaces across multiple groups
- Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
- Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, create targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
- Advance project management methodologies and provide guidance to PM colleagues as part of technical leadership responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
- Strong command of agile or classical project management methodologies, ideally complemented by certifications such as PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding IT projects including websites, intranets, applications, digital request systems, or specialized business applications
- Comfort with complex technical questions and client engagement, with intuition for customer needs and ability to identify business development opportunities
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate all levels of project organization and convey complex topics clearly to varied audiences
- Completed university degree
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
