Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects with societal impact. In this role, you will:

  • Lead major IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes with your interdisciplinary team, acting as Product Owner in agile setups
  • Deliver projects across diverse technology environments including content management systems, form management platforms, low-code solutions, custom application development, workplace, and cloud technologies
  • Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives and advise on technical solutions throughout project lifecycles
  • Manage large interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholder interfaces
  • Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
  • Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
  • Advance project management methodologies and provide guidance to PM colleagues through technical leadership responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
  • Strong expertise in agile or classical project methodologies; certification highly valued (PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist)
  • Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding IT projects such as websites, intranets, applications, digital filing systems, or specialized software
  • Ability to engage with complex technical challenges and maintain awareness of business development opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate all organizational levels and convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
  • Completed university degree
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Depending on project assignment, a confidential security clearance may be required after offer acceptance
