Wells Fargo seeks an experienced Senior Premier Banker to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to high-net-worth clients and business owners in our LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA office.

Position Summary

As a Senior Premier Banker with Wells Fargo, you'll drive financial success for our most valued clients in the Crown Valley area and surrounding LAGUNA NIGUEL community. In this full-time role, you'll leverage your expertise in wealth management, lending, and relationship-driven financial planning to grow client assets and deepen long-term partnerships. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating position where your ability to understand complex financial needs and deliver tailored solutions directly impacts both client outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and business owners
• Deliver comprehensive financial strategy and advisory services aligned with each client's unique goals
• Manage investment portfolios, lending relationships, and wealth preservation strategies
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional Wells Fargo products and services
• Provide guidance on estate planning, tax strategies, and succession planning for business owners
• Support clients through market cycles and life transitions with proactive communication and planning

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing high-net-worth client relationships and growing assets under management
• Deep knowledge of wealth management, private banking, investment strategies, and lending products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and develop solutions that drive retention and growth
• Professional presence and commitment to delivering exceptional service standards
• Experience in the Orange County financial market or Southern California banking environment preferred
