Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries about menu items, store policies, and product locations

• Prepare food orders according to Wawa standards, maintaining speed and quality in a busy environment
• Stock shelves and maintain organized, clean displays throughout the store
• Keep the store clean and organized, including restrooms and customer areas
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate team members

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred
